News!  Online Lens Partner!  To make it more straightforward for customers to get lenses, we have started a relationship with an online lens provider:  www.replacealens.com.  This company is familiar with Wooden Specs, can definitely get quality lenses fit for you, and can do so economically.  

 

For a limited time, the price for a Wooden Specs frame includes the cost of single vision lenses from replacealens.com for online/mailorder customers.  When you order a frame, you will get an order form for lenses from replacealens.com.  If all you want is plastic, single-vision lenses (reading or distance), you just send in your frame (in its case) with the completed order form and you will not need to send any money for the lenses (the frames will be returned to you with lenses via mail)!  If you want an upgrade from their basic lenses (e.g. lighter lens material, anti-glare or bifocals), you would just pay the (very reasonable) amount above the cost of the single-vision lenses.   

While you may prefer to bring the frames to your local optician for lenses, I hope that my new relationship with replacealens.com will make it easier for many of my online customers to 'functionalize' their frames!
